Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage an up‑to‑date inventory of required skills within the consulting team.
- Recruit, develop, retain, and coach a high‑performing team of consultants aligned with business needs.
- Ensure consultants are properly trained, prepared, and supported to fulfill project and client requirements.
