Role Overview

A Package Consultant – SuccessFactors Core HR responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions, directing and coordinating operational teams, managing business‑as‑usual (BAU) service, serving as the single point of contact for incident resolution, monitoring live systems, and processing trouble tickets related to defects.

Responsibilities
