Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute product or service delivery projects from initiation through completion
- Contribute to strategic planning and large-scale operational deployments
- Evaluate engagement profitability and potential risks to recommend client‑centric solutions
- Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns
- Participate in project kickoff, planning, and steering committee meetings
- Support pre‑sales activities including client presentations, proposal development, and work plan creation
