We are looking for an SAP BASIS Consultant.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions
- Experience with infrastructure operations, networks, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to design solutions end-to-end
- Experience in migrations (on-premise to Cloud, Cross cloud, Cross DCs)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of escalation procedures and proactive customer interaction
