Job Responsibilities
Product R&D (welding consumables) - Drives and manages LE China’s consumable R&D projects: new product development and existing product improvement. Establishes project goals and priorities by collaborating with commercial and operations teams - Develops concepts, products and solutions; Industrialization of new/improved designs. Review and monitor the progress of development projects in Smartsheet. - Coordinates product benchmark, validation and customer field trials. - Establish procedures and testing methods for assessing raw materials, in-process and end-product quality standards.
