In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine our Cashloan product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
