¡Buscamos Contact Center Callflows / IVR Backend Engineer, especializado en diseñar, desarrollar y mantener flujos de llamadas, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) y las integraciones backend que permiten que un contact center funcione de forma eficiente! Si te apasiona el desarrollo backend, los IVR y las arquitecturas de microservicios, esta posición te va a encantar.

Requisitos obligatorios

  • Experiencia creando workflows con DSLs
  • Experiencia con IVR (Interactive Voice Response) ej. Twilio
  • Integraciones de voice bots con DialogFlow CX
  • Microservice Architecture
  • APIs composition
  • RESTful, OpenAPI, Swagger
  • Integraciones ESB
  • Monitorización: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
  • Java 11 / 17
  • Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MVC)
  • Maven
  • Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, MockMVC
