Contact Center Representative
Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr | Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) possible extension to direct hiring

About the Role
Join us and help customers stay safe and informed. You’ll be the voice, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do
Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism.
Schedule airbag recall appointments and provide dealership info.
Answer questions on warranties, recalls, and radio code issues.
Document cases accurately and resolve or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with teammates and consistently meet performance goals.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, between 6 AM – 5 PM (flexible shifts).
What We’re Looking For
Call center or customer service experience.
Strong computer navigation skills (multiple screens/software).
Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
Team player with good decision-making skills.
