Experience: Experience in Retail domain customers and key customer relationships in retail industry $5 Mn. Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20mm/year or greater Proven track record of delivering business solutions and outcomes leveraging technology Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships With an empathetic approach, ability to respond to the needs of stakeholders 8+ years technology experience involving entire SDLC lifecycle 8+ years in solution-based sales – helping identify and drive solutions for clients Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management Previous P&L responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction
