Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain records related to container in/out movement, container costs, and rate information.
- Input and update currency conversion rates accurately in the system.
- Manage, prepare, and update returnable notes related to Quality Management (QM) issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with Finance and Warehouse teams for troubleshooting and resolving operational discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure all data entries and documentation are properly maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to procurement and logistics activities.
- Prepare reports and assist with documentation when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
- Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
