**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Content Adoption & Experience Lead is a Senior Manager -level role within Pfizer's AIA Strategy & Operations function, sitting within the Change Deployment & Adoption team reporting to the Change Deployment & Adoption Lead.
This role is the dedicated change, adoption, and training owner for all AI-led initiatives impacting content creation, management, and distribution workflows across commercial audiences. Content represents a foundational and high-volume workflow within Pfizer's commercial operation - spanning field-facing materials, promotional assets, medical and scientific content, and digital channel outputs - and the adoption of AI-powered content capabilities requires careful change orchestration, audience-specific enablement, and sustained engagement with content owners, reviewers, and approvers.
