We are currently recruiting for a Content Claims Specialist - Field to join our edjuster team in Barrie, ON . This is a field role, offering a combination of work from home and travel within the specified region.
The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) assists with the inventory and valuation of a policy holder’s/claimant’s total loss contents. The CCS helps list and value items lost in a claim. They handle claims quickly and accurately using edjuster’s process and our platform, Exclaim.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite attendance to meet the adjusters/policyholders and other industry vendors and conduct the inventory of the total loss contents.
- Conduct and facilitate virtual meetings with policyholders for data collection during total loss content recreations, guiding them through structured memory exercises to accurately document non-restorable items.
