Creators Sourcing and Matching
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable TikTok creators (KOLs/KOCs) based on brand objective.
- Build and maintain a creator database with profiles, pricing, performance history, and content categories.
- Establish direct communication with creators/MCNs; manage negotiation and collaboration agreements.
Creator Collaboration Management (Livestream + Short Videos)
- Coordinate livestream collaborations, including scheduling, briefing, content direction, and material preparation.
- Manage the full cycle of short video projects: brief creation, content guidance, review, and publishing.
- Monitor performance of livestreams and videos, analyze results, and provide optimization suggestions.
