Overview
We’re partnering with a rapid-growing D2C startup in Calgary that’s building a high-performance, video-first content engine and we’re looking for a highly creative, performance-minded Content Creator to help lead that evolution.
This is not a traditional social media role. We’re looking for someone who understands how content drives growth: someone who knows how to create short-form videos that hook attention instantly, feel native to TikTok and Reels, and ultimately drive engagement, clicks, and conversion. You’ll play a key role in helping the brand evolve from primarily static paid ads into a scalable, high-volume content machine as the company expands into new markets across North America.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create high-volume short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram and Meta reels, YouTube Shorts
- Develop paid social creative designed to drive performance and conversion
