Responsibilities:
As part of a Curriculum and Content Development Team, create e-Courseware contents; support the Content Manager on the accounting, consolidation and signing off of all completed work, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Contents using a measurement rubric. In particular:
- Work with the subject matter material and/or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design instructionally sound, and engaging eLearning content
- Supervise the end-to-end development of eLearning content with a focus on quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness
- Support the Instructional Designers in the development of eLearning contents
- Assist users in the development and use of eLearning content, and other daily operational issues
