Job Description
**General activities**:- Structuring, writing, copy editing, and proofreading of different types of texts on several media (digital or for e-learning)- Careful attention to the form and substance of the content according to the type of material and channels in which it will be distributed such as handbooks, e-learnings, flowcharts, quick guides.
- Creation of model materials, consultation, and instruction, such as style guide, sample handbooks and presentations.
- Generation of reference materials (procedures, instructions, forms, models).
- Alignment with the communication strategy of the company: tone and style of the contents.
- Consonance with target audience levels for the understanding of the language, culture and communication developed within the organization.
- Vendor alignment with politics and philosophies.
