Content & Growth Lead — Founder Brand Real Estate Media Engine (Remote) ABOUT US Fox Real Estate is at the forefront of bringing hospitality to residential real estate. We operate $250M in assets and 675 units across acquisitions, asset management, and property turnarounds. We're tech-savvy, non-traditional, and not interested in doing things the way they've always been done. We work hard. We move fast. What others call crazy is just how we lead the market. THE ROLE We need a content operator. Someone who can take what we already produce and turn it into a daily, high-volume distribution machine — across the founder's personal brand (PJ Goupil) and the Fox Real Estate brand. Current output: ~3 pieces/week. Target: 5–10 pieces/day across every relevant platform. We already have a small internal production setup — a creative director, a video editor, a marketing coordinator. You'll inherit this team and the systems we've built. Your job is to scale it.
