Content & Growth Lead — Founder Brand + Real Estate Media Engine (Remote) ABOUT US Fox Real Estate is at the forefront of bringing hospitality to residential real estate.We operate $250 M+ in assets and 675+ units across acquisitions, asset management, and property turnarounds.We're tech-savvy, non-traditional, and not interested in doing things the way they've always been done.We work hard.We move fast.What others call crazy is just how we lead the market.THE ROLE We need a content operator.Someone who can take what we already produce and turn it into a daily, high-volume distribution machine — across the founder's personal brand (PJ Goupil) and the Fox Real Estate brand.Current output: ~3 pieces/week.Target: 5–10 pieces/day across every relevant platform.We already have a small internal production setup — a creative director, a video editor, a marketing coordinator.You'll inherit this team and the systems we've built.Your job is to scale it.This is not a marketing job.This is not ...
