As a Content Lead at Snoonu, you’ll drive large‑scale content operations that power our marketplace growth. Sitting within the Commercial Content team, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of 50+ members, ensuring product catalogs are accurate, optimized, and ready to convert. This role blends leadership, operational excellence, data‑driven decision‑making and automation to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 50+ member content operations team to deliver high‑quality catalog output at scale.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product content workflows, including onboarding, updates, translations and promotional requests.
- Ensure SLA compliance and optimize case‑handling performance across content operations.
