Job Overview
Join a global Streaming Service Platform as a Legal Operation Analyst, where you will review and process legal and compliance‑related requests. This is a back‑office role with no customer contact and no prior content moderation experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming legal requests (privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification, copyright)
- Moderate written content according to legal and platform guidelines
- Ensure requests are handled within agreed SLAs and quality standards
- Stay up to date with client policies and internal procedures
- Work with KPIs such as FCR, SLA, and CSAT
