Assist with the maintenance of accurate articles
- Supports the uploads of updated macros and other content to multiple platforms: SalesForce, HelpJuice/Knowledge Base, and PandaCare
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work on multiple projects while delivering within deadlines
Support articles updates in line with latest SOP releases
- Keep abreast of monthly SOP updates and assist Manager to update relevant content accordingly
