Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 360° content strategy to drive business objectives across customer touchpoints.
- Conduct audience research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours and tailor content to drive engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and brand consistency.
