The Role
You'll work alongside supportive Private Client and Dispute Resolution teams handling a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including:
- Challenges to wills (validity, undue influence, testamentary capacity).
- Inheritance Act claims for family and dependants.
- Executor and trustee disputes.
- Estate administration and interpretation issues.
- Court of Protection disputes (where applicable)
About You
- A Solicitor or CILEx with solid experience (3+ years) in contentious probate.
