Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with nationally recognised specialists on a wide range of contentious matters, including:
- Will validity challenges
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Proprietary estoppel and 1975 Act claims
- Trust disputes involving family dynamics and offshore structures
- Contentious issues arising during estate administration
