Our client in the Mining Industry is looking to hire a manager to work within their dedicated Service Management Team. Develop the strategy, plans, processes and governance required to operate a CSI portfolio/project. Create the compelling case for investment to support opportunities to address existing problems, business risk and exploit value and best practice. The role holder will also operate and develop Problem Management creating an integrated operating model between the CSI, Problem and Service Assurance teams. This individual will also act as the Corporate Social Responsibility contact point for all related subjects including client inquiries, gathering and reporting, CSR activities and media announcements and communications.
