POSITION SUMMARY
The Continuing Care Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Cedars’ post-treatment, outpatient, alumni, and family programming. This role combines staff supervision, program coordination, direct group facilitation, patient and family engagement, documentation oversight, and operational support. Working closely with the Director of Communications & Continuing Care, the Continuing Care Manager ensures that continuing care services are delivered in a consistent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and professionally accountable manner.
