- Provide Forvia Excellence System expertise at the plant level, collaborating with departments to create an impactful Forvia Excellence System deployment plan.
- Ensure Production System deployment, supporting standardized work, Organization Human of Production development, and leading Forvia Excellence System training sessions.
- Contribute to lead time reduction through continuous flow implementation and provide expertise on Kanban loop sizing.
