JOB TITLE: Continuous Improvement Engineer
SITE LOCATION: Telford
REPORTS TO: QHSE Manager
HOURS OF WORK: Mon-Fri 37.5 hrs per week
Job Purpose:
To provide visible leadership in coordinating and driving continuous improvement activities to improve all aspects of operations including manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, HSE, right first-time quality, cost efficiency, lead times, stock management, new product introduction and overall service level to customers. Deliver a culture where excellence in customer care is the norm and any product quality defects, non-conformances or reduction in service levels are not tolerated. Ensure high levels of right-first time product quality, cost efficiency and service levels are continuously achieved, monitored via KPI’s and provide fast resolution to any defects or customer concerns raised.
