Lead the Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement team, overseeing their direction, coordination, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource for the organization in applying continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and other methods. Direct the Continuous Improvement (CI) group, facilitating their interactions with maintenance and operations to drive site-wide improvements. Participate in site-wide planning activities, including capital management and inventory control. Support corporate and local initiatives (e.g., SAP, PIS). Oversee the development and training of CI personnel; organize and facilitate special CI events to enhance plant performance, reduce waste, and improve yield and production processes.
