Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the manufacturing organization’s continuous improvement (CI) strategy aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary advocate for a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key improvement opportunities across functions.
- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to monitor progress and impact.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process re-engineering initiatives.
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
- Drive end-to-end process standardization and optimization across departments.
- Implement automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
- Lead and oversee cross-functional improvement projects.
