Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and deploy continuous improvement initiatives within production units.
- Ensure the management and optimization of the production system.
- Identify performance improvement areas and implement optimization actions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Lean).
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
- Support teams in change management and the development of best industrial practices.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the standardization of production processes across all manufacturing areas.
- Develop and maintain Lean tools and visual management systems on the shop floor.
