Assist with the evolving ‘depot strategy’ plans that align to the demands of the company Ensure reports are produced that provide a transparent view of efficiency plans and productivity improvements Ensure that the efficiency and productivity improvements are deliverable and monitor the success once introduced into the workplace Provide feedback for the optimisation of emerging objectives Manage and lead the teams associated with all assigned projects Acting within delegated authority, procure, appoint and manage internal / external project team members and resources as required<...
