Responsible for leading and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) projects (e.g. Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives) to improve department performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization. Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all areas of assigned departments as well as aspects related to external customers and suppliers when applicable. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive KPI improvements utilizing Vertiv Operating System (VOS) methodologies.
Responsibilities- Serve as a change agent by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution.
