Mon–Fri Office Hours (Early release on Fri)
- Mon: 8.30am – 6.30pm (1-hr lunch)
- Tue–Fri: 8.30am – 6.15pm (1-hr lunch)
Join a fast-paced automotive finance & insurance (F&I) operations team supporting loan processing for vehicle sales. You will act as the key coordination point between banks, sales consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan approval, documentation, and vehicle registration flow.
Key Responsibilities- Submit vehicle loan applications to banks for processing
- Record and update loan cases in Salesforce system
- Track loan status and follow up with banks for updates
- Update Salesforce with approval decisions and financing outcomes
- Communicate loan status updates to Sales Consultants promptly
