We are hiring a Contract Administrator to supervise daily site operations at our Al Jurf project. The role ensures smooth workflow, high‑quality execution, and safe work practices, especially on luxury villa and high‑rise projects. You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of contract law.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management & Administration
Review, draft, and administer various types of contracts, including subcontract agreements, supplier contracts, service agreements, and client contracts.
Ensure all contractual obligations, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
