Part of the Ventro Group, we deliver installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems to housing associations, local councils, and commercial clients - always with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Projects Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast‑paced role sitting at the heart of our operations – you'll be the central point of coordination between our engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring contracts are managed efficiently and service levels are consistently met.
You’ll be comfortable managing a busy workload, handling everything from scheduling engineer visits and booking access with tenants, to raising quotes, processing invoices, and keeping client portals up to date. No two days will be the same.
