Job Title: Sr. Lease and Contracts Analyst
Location: Leased worker can sit at either Greenway or Woodlands location.
****4 positions available. 1 position will focus on Texas Delaware; 1 position will focus on Midland Basin, and 2 positions will focus on Lower 48 and Outside Operated.
Sr. Lease and Contracts Analyst assists with the effective administration and control of all lease records processes in connection with producing and non-producing properties and interests acquired, owned, operated or purchased.
Responsibilities -
"Analyses and inputs lease data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.
"Prepares full and partial releases, assignments and Exhibit A s for producing properties.
"Assists with working monthly calendars for leases.
"Assists Land Operations as requested.
"Conducts lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and processes payments, subject to review and approval.
