Key Responsibilities
- Manage critical production incidents in collaboration with Users and Ops teams, ensuring minimal impact to business operations, especially payment processing. Provide immediate workarounds to avoid delays and ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with multiple application, interface, and infrastructure teams (onshore/offshore) to triage, track, and resolve production issues across complex environments.
- Debug and analyze application/system failures, perform RCA using structured techniques, and work with development teams to implement permanent fixes while providing interim solutions.
- Track and manage production incidents via tools such as DCon and JIRA, ensuring timely updates, proper escalation, and closure within defined SLAs.
