Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute redemption and engagement campaigns for credit cards customers from launch to fulfilment
- Plan and execute a robust communication plan for credit card customer base
- Attend to customer queries and conduct investigations with platform vendors if required to address customers queries. Propose revised processes to streamline operations without compromising risk exposure to the bank.
- Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of financial reports, invoices and statements.
- Participate in projects to enhance and improve customer digital experience and touch points
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Up to $4000
- 1 Year Contract
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
