Summary
- Support Project Management teams in management and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Act as an advocate for the company and the client.
- Manage client communication via email and as needed, other channels (e.g., teleconferences).
- Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.
- Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence when working with internal and external clients.
- Exercise independent judgment and analytical skills to fulfil the responsibilities of this position.
