Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support internal branding and communications initiatives across the organisation
- Assist in brand management, content creation, and content coordination activities
- Manage and update internal communication platforms such as intranet, EDMs, newsletters, and collaboration tools
- Support external communication materials including collaterals, signages, and profiling content
- Assist with content writing, editing, and publishing for various communication channels
- Support intranet migration and related communication projects
- Coordinate events and staff engagement activities, including vendor liaison and logistics support
- Assist with administrative duties such as raising purchase and IT requests, and minute-taking
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of communication activities
- Perform other communications-related duties as assigned
