Job Description- Preparation of tender and quotation document including drafting of schedule of pricing table, specifications, liaising with various stakeholders to get information for compilation of the document
- Look for information on prevailing requirement and guidelines (e.g. fire safety code, Singapore Standards for works required under tender/quotation, market practices, etc.)
- Source for new vendors to be invited for tenders/quotations
- Carry out pre-qualification of vendors in iSupplier including liaising with vendor and helping them in the self-registration on iSupplier
- Put up pre-qualification form for approval including filling up of all information required and conducting financial evaluations of all vendors proposed to be invited
