Job Description
We are looking for Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of an organization‘s contracts acting as a fiduciary ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and maximizing financial and operational performance. This role requires a blend of knowledge on contracts language, business acumen, and strong project management skills. Legal knowledge although not mandatory is beneficial.
Location: Bangalore
Shift timing: Night Shift ( 8 PM – 5 AM IST)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Typically a Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; some positions may require a Master‘s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager is a bonus).
