Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review Service and Consulting Agreements
• Provide contract support to timely sourcing and procurement
• Collaborate with teams for alignment on terms
• Respond to and negotiate supplier redlines
• Advise on contract types aligned with sourcing strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related
• At least 6 years of relevant supply chain experience
