Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration & review of procurement & contract management;
- Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders;
- Prepare & monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track variations & adjust budget projections accordingly;
- Oversee & manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim;
- Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations;
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or relevant
- Relevant experience as a Contract Manager
- Proficient in Chinese to coordinator with Chinese speaking counterparts
