- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions for structural steel projects (QS-related work)
- Review and manage project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements
- Assist in measurement, taking-off quantities, and cost planning for projects
- Ensure contractual documents and project requirements are properly followed and executed
- Monitor project progress, variation orders, claims submissions, and payment certification processes
- Assist in cost control and support resolution of contractual or commercial issues
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on project and contract matters
- Maintain proper documentation for quotations, claims, and contract administration
- Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
