This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced repairs professional looking to join a well-established contractor delivering reactive maintenance services across some of North London’s largest housing estates and regeneration areas.
The Role
Working as Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of day-to-day repairs and reactive maintenance services across North London, managing operational performance, commercial delivery, client relationships and workforce management within a fast-paced social housing environment.
