Job Description
- Ensure that commercial resources are adequate for the successful delivery of the project.
- Demonstrate a high level of commercial and technical knowledge and work as part of the Project Team.
- Develop and manage strategic contracts that reflect customer needs and take into account legislation, Health & Safety, fraud prevention, sustainability, and workforce considerations.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, including those related to Health & Safety and sustainability.
- Maintain and manage project risk registers to ensure early identification of risks and to ensure contingencies are in place to manage and minimise them.
- Implement and fully comply with D&M’s Commercial Procedures at site level.
- Maximise cash flow through the timely preparation of valuations, submission of invoices, and receipt of payments.
