Job Title: Contract Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)
Location: Guildford (Head Office Maintenance Department)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 00 (40 hours per week)
Salary: GBP55,000 GBP65,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications)
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Contract Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance contracts valued at circa GBP2m across both public and private sector clients. This is a key role within our Maintenance Department, offering the opportunity to take ownership of long-term, profitable contracts while ensuring high standards of compliance, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
