We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering contracts within our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be capable of conducting on-site audits of contractors to ensure compliance with contractual terms, safety standards, and budget constraints.
What you’re responsible for:
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts related to equipment installation, facility upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.
- Conduct on-site audits to verify contractor compliance with contractual obligations, timesheets, cost tracking and safety standards.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports including findings, risk assessments and recommendations.
